KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM

Downstairs you have one bedroom with (see striped room), and a kitchen-living room (open space).
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary to permit a decent conduction for 4 persons.  In the same room there is a comfortable double sofabed, a table you can open so that it is enough big for 8 persons, fireplace, TV, wardrobe.  
A french window goes outside where you find a table with chairs, two beach chairs and barbe-q.
